ESADE is an independent, not for profit, university-level academic institution. It was founded in Barcelona in 1958 on the initiative of a group of businessmen and the Company of Jesus. Since 1995 ESADE forms part of the Ramon Llull University.
Essentially, ESADEs academic activity takes place in its Barcelona, Madrid and Buenos Aires campuses in the form of three main activities: training, research and social debate.
ESADEs mission is to educate and research in the fields of Management and Law in order to:
Holistically train professionally competent and socially responsible individuals.
Create knowledge, relevant to improvement in organisations and in society.
Contribute to social debate with a view to constructing free, prosperous and just societies.
