    Join us for a discussion with Bart W. Edes, a public policy and international development specialist, who presently serves as the North American Representative of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Mr. Edes joined ADB in 2001, and has held various roles at the Manila-based institution, including unit head responsible for civil society relations, director of the poverty reduction and social development division, and advisor on knowledge management. Prior to joining ADB, he served as principal administrator for communications at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, with a portfolio covering public administration reform in Central and Eastern Europe.
