  On July 22nd, the Baumhart Center and the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago will be co-hosting the Chicago premiere of This Changes Everything, a groundbreaking new documentary that explores the underrepresentation of women in media and its impact on our broader economy.

  This Changes Everything takes an incisive look at the history, empirical evidence, and systemic forces that foster gender discrimination; along the way, it features interviews with Meryl Streep, Natalie Portman, Reese Witherspoon, Yara Shahidi, Cate Blanchett, Mellody Hobson, and countless other leaders.
