  'Fit', both in terms of skill set and the culture of an organization, is critically important to the success of an intern and an entry-level hire. 'Fit' is also equally important to the student candidate and the company looking to hire talent. In response to these needs, the Career Services Team organizes a Job Shadowing Program during fall break to expose students to the world of work and see firsthand the skills and knowledge needed in the workplace.
