    The Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing, Institute for Transformative Interprofessional Education and Trinity Health invite you to: How to Incorporate Age-Friendly 4Ms Into Care: Making a Difference in Caring for Older Adults

    Dr. Donna Marie Fick's research has focused on two critical issues in older adults, inappropriate medication use and delirium superimposed on dementia (DSD).

    Objectives:
    -Recognize delirium in an early stage,
    -Apply an evidence-based age-friendly framework to prevent and treat delirium, and
    -Involve interprofessional colleagues in a systematic approach to addressing delirium.

    Continuing education credits: 3
    3 IPCEs (interprofessional continuing education credits) will be awarded upon completion of program evaluation.
