    In the post-pandemic world, rapid economic, technological, and political changes have significantly increased the overall risk level in the global business environment diminishing profitability across many sectors of the economy. Yet, successful firms continue to remain profitable by implementing integrated¿strategies and processes to assess and address risks and opportunities from all sources.¿Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has revolutionized the traditional silo-based risk management approaches by providing a new integrated paradigm.¿Using real-world cases based on the instructor¿s consulting experiences and key academic research papers, participants will explore the complexity and diversity of the global risk space, appreciate their systemic impact on a firm¿s long-run performance, and develop workable programs both to mitigate threats and¿realize competitive advantages.
