The annual L. Edward Bryant, Jr. National Health Law Transactional Competition exposes students to the corporate and regulatory practice of health care law. Law students from across the country compete by providing legal advice on a potential business opportunity to a hypothetical health care client. This event is endowed and named in honor of L. Edward Bryant Jr., one of the founders of the field of health law.
