  You and your covered spouse/LDA are required to participate in the biometric screening and complete the Empower Health Assessment annually in order to receive a $50 Wellness Reduction Premium per month on your Loyola medical plan. On-site biometric screenings are a convenient and easy way to achieve this wellness savings. Flu shots are optional, and are not a component of the biometric screening. Spouses attending the on-campus biometric screenings must provide proof of vaccination record or proof of a negative test no more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Register online to attend on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in Beane Hall (Lewis Towers) at the Water Tower Campus:
  1. Create a NEW account: empower.health (Important Note: This is not the same registration site used for previous EHS screenings. All participants must create a new account.)
  2. Complete *New User* fields and enter client code: loyolaehs
  3. On the Dashboard, complete the Empower Health Assessment (REQUIRED)
  4. Return to the Dashboard and click *Register* to schedule an appointment
