    Loyola University Chicago is excited to announce The Office of Global and Community Engagement: Forum on Global Affairs. This forum aims to routinely bring together expert speakers from around the world together for engaging discussions on a host of contemporary issues. Each panel discussion will be hosted and moderated by a Loyola faculty member, bringing together academics, practitioners, and other experts in a variety of fields.
    The first series of the forum will focus on the war in Ukraine and how the impact of conflict is shaping global discourse. The series will consist of live panel discussions occurring over zoom.
    This inaugural webinar of this series, moderated by Emily E. Anderson, PhD, MPH, Associate Professor, Neiswanger Institute for Bioethics, Stritch School of Medicine, will bring together Administrators and faculty members from Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv will discuss how they have responded to the war in Ukraine including: supporting students¿ social, emotional, financial and educational needs; integrating events of the war into their courses; mobilizing campus resources to support war efforts including displaced persons; and leveraging international partnerships.
