Upon the death of her second husband, matriarch Berdarda Alba places her Spanish household into an eight-year period of mourning. As her five daughters struggle with this repressive, conservative environment, jealousies are exposed, dreams are thwarted, and desires threaten to destroy the family.

As part of the Department of Fine and Performing Arts commitment to serving all patrons, November 212s performance will feature ASL interpreters. Contact our box office at boxoffice@luc.edu or call 773.508.8400 for the best seating options. We also recommend arriving to the theatre about 15 minutes before it begins so that you can make sure your seats are to your liking. If for any reason you cannot see the interpreter, we will happily switch them for you.

This production is a part of our 2014-15 mainstage theatre season.

A shuttle will be provided for patrons between the parking garage located on Campus Drive and the Mundelein Center.
