Get Your Mind WRITE!: Peer Review Workshop
Join the editorial board of the Journal for Critical Scholarship on Higher Education and Student Affairs on Sunday, March 29th to talk about how to improve your academic writing. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has been plugging along in their classes but maybe wants to work on refining their academic writing and APA stylistics. The editorial board members, as well as other higher education-affiliated folks will be present to read, review, and provide constructive feedback on your work. The goals of this workshop are to:
- Improve your academic writing
- Have the opportunity to talk through your writing process and strategies, and hear from others on theirs
- Come away with an idea of how to brush up your piece for publication (if you want)
- Learn more about JCSHESA and how you can get involved on our editorial board next year!!RSVP NOW! The workshop will take place at Dumbach Hall, Room 230 at LSC on March 29th, 2015, from 2-4 pm.
