Both NxG and NowGen members are invited to attend this full-day conference, focused on the development of exceptional leaders within a family business. Keynote sessions will center on what it takes to develop leadership talent and the characteristics of great successors. Morning and afternoon breakouts will explore questions such as: how do you nurture an entrepreneurial spirit, what should you consider when passing the torch from NowGen to NexG, and what do NxG family members need to know before joining the business?
