    *Ages 12-18 years
    Get a taste of the culinary life in this soup-to-nuts boot camp. Our chefs will inspire a passion for great food in our fun, interactive environment! It¿s a unique opportunity to gain confidence in a hands-on environment along with professional-level skills in the kitchen. We cover the basic techniques (slice & dice, stir frying, pan searing, and grilling) as well as many others like food safety, nutrition, menu planning & presentation; you¿ll feel like a chef when you finish this exciting program!
    Lunch will be provided each day and Graduation Day, the young chef¿s will prepare a three course meal for lunch to celebrate.
