    *Ages 12-18 years; Pre-requisite: Teen Camp I
    Is your Teen ready to try new dishes with their new learned skills fromTeen Camp I? Refresh their learnings with brand new dishes as we delve further into cooking fundamentals. Second-time campers will further perfect techniques in our hands-on environment and learn many new techniques including; Sushi, Sauces, Chicken Stock, Braising & Sweet Rolls. For their graduation party, the students will put their new culinary skills to work by planning, preparing and executing a three course lunch menu and discussing to invited guests about all the food for the event!
    Each student may invite one guest to the graduation luncheon.
