    In this hands-on class, learn sushi-chef secrets to making sushi including maki rolls; how to make perfect sushi rice, sashimi and the surprisingly simple ingredient slicing techniques that mean ingredients are ready to roll. We¿ll eat our sushi along the way complemented with the perfect beer and wine refreshment.
