Being gluten-free is hard because gluten is everywhere, sometimes hidden in a long list of ingredients (and sometimes going by unfamiliar names.) Learning how to avoid gluten will be the first thing covered in this class, but you will also learn how to cook and bake without it. Because it can be expensive to follow a GF lifestyle, we¿ll cover tips and tricks to make it affordable. Students will learn how to make everyday foods, and work with new ingredients to modify family favorites. This class will cover these topics and more, and each session will be a hands-on experience. We¿ll cook, bake and most important, taste GF foods as they are meant to be. Gluten Free beverages will be served.
