Are you up for the challenge of high acuity specialty home care?

You may think that you can only learn specialized skills in a hospital setting, but that is not true. As an Independence Plus, Inc. nurse, you will become a trained specialist in directly caring for adult and pediatric ventilator-dependent patients at home, many with rare diagnoses. You will be the head nurse of your shift, but you won¿t be alone. You will be supported by a dedicated team that wants to see YOU succeed and YOUR patient thrive. In short, Independence Plus provides the best care possible for medically complex patients at home. We also expect the VERY best from our nurses.

Independence Plus, Inc. will be hosting an onsite information session on our Home Nursing Residency Program. We are committed to developing the next generation of talent in the nursing industry. This program offers new nurse graduates (and LPN¿s or RN¿s with less than one year of experience) the opportunity to participate in a rigorous four-week training program, a competitive salary, and benefits as a full-time nurse in the field.

To learn more about our program, visit http://www.independenceplus.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Residency-FINAL-3-7-16.png. We look forward to seeing you!
