On Monday, May 23, at 11 a.m. we will introduce the new president at an event in the Mundelein Auditorium on the Lake Shore Campus, and all students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend.
For those coming from the Water Tower Campus, shuttle buses to Lake Shore Campus will depart from Pearson and Wabash at 9:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m., and 10 a.m. A shuttle bus from the Health Sciences Campus will depart from Fifth Avenue, just west of the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing, at 9 a.m. Return shuttles will depart from the Lake Shore Campus starting at 12:30 p.m.
If you are unable to attend the event on campus, a live stream of the announcement will be available on the Presidential Search website: LUC.edu/presidentialsearch. Following the announcement, a reception will be held in the garden near Piper Hall (weather permitting), which will allow attendees the opportunity to gather with colleagues and peers and to greet the new president.
