    Learn how to prepare and cook steak at home like the famous steakhouses. This class will show how to choose the right cuts of beef for the right cooking application. Participants will also prepare steakhouse favorites such as Garlic Herb Compound Butter, Sautéed Spinach and Mushrooms, Caesar Salad and Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes. Local Craft Beers and selected wines will be offered.
    COST:$65.00 per person; 20 people max.
