    Pinn-Oak Ridge Farms, located in Delavan, Wisconsin, will showcase their own, finest in the region, locally grown lamb. Each course will include lamb and will be paired with the best grape juices Napa Valley has to offer. This evening starts with a wine reception in the LUREC gardens with appetizers and proceeds with a five-course wine dinner in Searle Hall.
    COST: $80.00 per person; 40 people max.
