Welcome to an exciting cutting edge program on the complicated relationship between competition and consumer protection in the health care field. Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Beazley Institute for Health law & Policy and our Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies are thrilled to co-sponsor with the ABA Section of Antitrust a cutting edge interdisciplinary program on September 20th. We combine leaders in the study, practice and regulation of law, economics, medicine, and health policy to examine how antitrust and consumer protection succeed and fail in the health care sector and how we can do better.
