Any colleague can participate in the St. Ignatius-themes cooking contest, featuring the cuisine of the countries St. Ignatius traveled through over his lifetime: Spain: soups, Italy: pasta dishes, Holy Land: salads, France: desserts. Judges from the Loyola Medicine community will pick their favorites and name a winner! First through third places will be awarded and the winning contestants will receive a gift card to donate to the food bank of their choice. The first 10 colleagues to sign up will get to compete. Online registration opens July 1. The recipes of the participating contestants will be shared with the Loyola community in an upcoming edition of the Loyola Medicine Weekly newsletter.
