Every year Loyola participates in judging of projects by middle and high school students for the Chicago Metro History Fair. For those of you unfamiliar with the History Fair, it is a local institution that has spent the last thirty plus years working to spark students¿ interest in the study of history, help them build high-level thinking skills, engage them in civic life, and foster their intellectual self-confidence.

What does judging involve? Volunteers will work in teams of two to review three websites over a two-hour period (from 3-5 pm in Crown Center 528 on Monday, March 13th). This is a great opportunity to support an important community organization while sharpening your skills as a reviewer of digital projects!
If you are interested in participating in this opportunity, email Dr. Kyle Roberts by Friday, March 3rd.
