Journalists around the country have spent the two months since President Donald J. Trump's inauguration clamoring to cover the new administration's evolving immigration plan. Between executive orders and massive protests, journalists have been left to figure out the best way to cover immigrants and refugees in the United States. Loyola's Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists is hoping to help answer some of the questions reporters have with its special event, Immigration in the Time of Trump.

This presentation and workshop will feature experts on the topic of immigration who will share their expertise about understanding and covering this topic. The event will begin at 7 p.m. on the fourth floor of the Richard J. Klarchek Information Commons on Loyola's Lake Shore Campus.
