The Seminar will propose a model of Transcendental Leadership used by the main heroic figures of the Iliad.
Content:
- Key Leadership competencies: Do not hesitate to hire Ulysses!
- About dreams and motivations at work: Troian or Aquean. We all still have the same expectations.
- Leadership styles: From Servants to Egoists, one manager for each motivation.
- Learning Leadership from iconic models: Top moments of truth in the rutinary life of a Hero.
DEBATE: HOW classical hero skills can be updated nowadays, and what can we learn from them.
