Get a taste of the culinary life. Our young chefs will inspire a passion for great food in our fun, interactive environment! It¿s a unique opportunity to gain confidence in a hands-on environment along with professional-level skills in the kitchen. We cover the basic techniques (knife skills, stir frying, pan searing, and grilling) as well as many others like food safety, nutrition, menu planning & presentation; you'll feel like a chef when you finish this exciting program!
Young Chefs will prepare and serve, to a guest of their choice, a three course luncheon at the conclusion of this class. One additional luncheon ticket may be purchased, per student for $25.00.
