    Today is the campus deadline for any LUC junior who wants to apply for the Truman Scholarship, for careers in public service. By today, the Fellowship Office must receive a complete online application, including: the application form with all essay questions answered; three letters of recommendation, following the guidelines for each letter's topic; and the policy proposal.
