  We'll start with the LOCUS basics reviewing how to search for classes (including Core, Writing Intensives, Engaged Learning), how to add courses to your shopping cart, etc. We'll also answer any advising-related questions you may have, and offer feedback on your plans for fall registration.

  As these are only being offered to new transfer students, you can expect there to be ample time for individual assistance.

  A few things to note:
  -bring a laptop or tablet if you have access to one
  -bring a copy of your schedule plans for fall 2018
  -bring any questions you may have

  This is an opportunity that will ensure you have the most accurate knowledge for registering on your own for the first time, so attendance is strongly recommended.
