    Johnson-Scales is the Senior Vice President and head of community development for Fifth Third Bank Chicago, overseeing the Bank¿s community development efforts and charitable contributions. She has received numerous awards for her business, community service and philanthropic work, including Chicago Leader of Color; Most Powerful & Influential Women; Woman of Excellence; and Chicago¿s Top 40 Game Changer.

    The gathering will open with a conversation with Johnson-Scales and be followed by small group discussions where students and professionals reflect together on gaining the skills, knowledge, and values to live extraordinary lives.
