Have you ever seen someone ¿fly off the handle¿ at work and thought poorly of them because of their behavior? Has that person ever been you? There¿s no doubt emotions are what drive our actions and are important and necessary in the workplace, but the success of an individual is contingent on them being aware of their own emotions, recognizing them, managing them, and channeling them into productive behavior as opposed to destructive tendencies. This workshop explores a concept that has been studied by psychologists for decades and has since gained recognition and acceptance by today¿s foremost business leaders as a crucial skill set.
