Successful projects require careful upfront planning. In this course, participants will learn the key responsibilities of the project manager. Focus will be on learning the key principles of project selection and planning, identifying stakeholders, clarifying the work scope, and utilizing basic tools such as a Work Breakdown Structure. Additionally, there will also be guidance in asking key questions early in the process to ensure project objectives are met.
