  Vlad Mihalca (Head of Digital - Poste Italiane) will speak about the customer journey. Mihalca is an electronic engineer specialized in computer engineering with a post-graduate specialization in telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Turin. He is responsible for the end-to-end governance and development of the digital services of Poste Italiane, the largest Italian company and market leader in payments, banking, insurance, and logistics.
