    This workshop presents a 10 step model to operationalize and grow a new business. The model covers business planning, team building, culture creation, product launch, pricing, budgeting and planning, marketing, client success, burn rate, and business pivots. The workshop is ideal for large organizations starting new businesses within it, entrepreneurial ventures and small businesses.
