    The Next Generation Leadership Institute (NGLI) prepares family business members for leadership. Participants develop and practice their leadership style, create a lifetime development plan, and increase their effectiveness as responsible family business leaders.NGLI is designed for 25-45 year-olds who are currently in managerial roles and on track to assume top leadership positions in their family business. Enrollment is open to members and non-members.
