Advancing the Science of Caring: Cura Personalis in a Technological Era

Latin for *care for the whole person,* cura personalis is a central Jesuit tenet. Health care providers care for not only the health of the body but also the health of the whole person, including mind, body, and spirit. As health care technology rapidly advances, how do we assure that we continue to care for the whole person? We are honored to have speakers present their research from multiple fields of inquiry including nursing, education, and public health. We hope that you find the day thought provoking and enjoyable!

    Keynote Speaker

Emerging Technologies in Healthcare: Challenges and Opportunities

Carol Jorgensen Houston, MSN, RN, DPA, FAAN

Professor Emerita, School of Nursing at California State University, Chico (CSUC)
