How does your HR organization measure the value of people? A proliferation of tools enabled by technology allow better measurement, and at a strategic level, top executive review of balanced scorecards and metrics-based outcomes for HR have become common. We will start with an activity and knowledge-sharing, and then hear from an expert on how people are valued in mergers and acquisitions deals. As companies' value increasingly relies on retaining key employees, how can the people side of the organization affect the overall value of the firm?
