A whole chain reaction is set off when we click *buy.* In a very real sense, many of us do not see the accumulating results of our everyday decisions, while others feel them very directly. Come learn about why this is, the environmental fallout of this rapidly growing distributive injustice, and what is being done not only in Chicago but across the country to address it.
Lecture given by Meleah Geertsma, Senior Attorney and Natalia Ospina, Project Attorney with the NRDC's Environmental Justice team, in cooperation with several Chicago-area community partners.
The is the 9th lecture in the year-long series, The Social Impacts of Environmental Injustice.

This lecture is produced by the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Environmental Law Society in cooperation with the Latino Law Students' Association, Black Law Students' Association, and Asian Pacific American Law Students' Association.
