  We invite you to join us on Monday, January 24 at noon (CDT) for a conversation with Carl Davis, SVP, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and, Corporate Recruitment at Mesirow Financial. Carl will share his insights and tools on creating an effective DEI strategy. Swasti Gupta-Mukherjee, Associate Professor at the Quinlan School of Business, will moderate this conversation. Her course, Finance for a Sustainable World, which reimagined business finance courses through the lens of social and environmental impact, won the 2021 Ideas Worth Teaching Award from the Aspen Institute.
