    Stop in and learn how Professor Rink, one of the lead attorneys, filed a successful lawsuit on behalf of youth plaintiffs by arguing that the government¿s many failures to protect the climate violated their constitutional rights, among other claims. The court held that the plaintiffs had a fundamental right under the Montana state constitution to a clean and healthful environment, ¿which includes climate as part of environmental life-support system.¿
