Hailed as one of the best novels of 2017, *The Ninth Hour* by Alice McDermott traces the story of an Irish immigrant family in 1940/50s Catholic Brooklyn. McDermott will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Catholic Imagination Conference, hosted by the Hank Center in September 2019. There are two cohorts of this book group, each meeting twice: Group A will meet on February 25th & March 11th, 1:00-2:30 PM and Group B will meet on Feb. 26th & March 12th, 10:00-11:30 AM.
