  Talk by Dr. Steven Epstein, Professor of Sociology and John C. Shaffer Professor of the Humanities at Northwestern University. Dr. Epstein will discuss his recent book, The Quest for Sexual Health: How an Elusive Ideal has Transformed Science, Politics, and Everyday Life. The book explores how the growing investments in sexual health not only change our ideas about both sexuality and health but also shape debates about norms, expertise, selfhood, and social justice.
