  The International Law School Mediation Tournament helps law students learn to resolve disputes peacefully through mediation. Approximately 50 teams from around the globe compete in simulated mediations in the role of mediator or advocate/client to resolve a variety of disputes. The tournament includes training sessions, including basic training for teams from countries without a mediation educational program. The tournament location rotates among international locations in odd years with Loyola hosting in even years.
