  Human Resources invites LUC Faculty and Staff to sign-up to attend the Emotional Intelligence session, which will be facilitated by Perspectives. Learning objectives include:
  1) Increasing insight into emotional competency in the workplace.
  2) Identifying interpersonal and social skills that enhance work performance.
  3) Motivating participants to develop their own self-improvement plan.
