This 90-minute online course is designed to provide an overview of project management principles and techniques, with a focus on planning and coordination. Participants will learn the fundamentals of project management, including project planning, task scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. The course will also cover the importance of communication and collaboration in project management.
Outcomes: At the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of project management and will be equipped with some introductory tools and techniques to help them approach and coordinate projects effectively.
