  Lean is the number one improvement program in the world. During this half day workshop, you will learn what it takes to create a sustainable lean organization, evaluate your organization¿s culture, and identify how you can establish or re-energize your lean transformation program.

  You will find this workshop fast paced and packed full of helpful ideas. The group exercises will allow you to debate and discuss what it means and what it takes to be a sustainable lean organization.
  Come with a team of colleagues or come alone; you can¿t go wrong with either approach.

  Currently no funding is needed and a budget has not been considered.
