This introductory workshop is open to survivors and clinicians and will explore the issues of shame and embarrassment felt by people as they grieve, and assisting people in coping with shame, guilt, and anger. Losing a loved one is a life altering event and survivors will learn that one does not simply *get over it* but will understand how the loss becomes part of them and how to begin to use tools to move forward.
