    Learn how to make and use the right crust, glaze, and marinade on all your roasts, steaks, chicken, fish and vegetable dishes. Class will demonstrate proper preparation and techniques and taste test many recipes. In addition, preparation of various chicken wing and rib sauces will be demonstrated. Lots of sampling and libations.
