The Executive Council on Diversity and Inclusion's Climate Survey team has partnered with Willis Towers Watson, a leading global multinational risk management and advisory company, to conduct a research project in order to better understand the attitudes and behaviors that members of Loyola University Chicago have concerning the diversity of identities, experiences, and viewpoints. The Climate Survey project will be conducted in two phases: first, a series of focus groups to gather initial impressions of the climate and second, a campus-wide survey to gain deeper insight.
