Our annual Health Days Benefit Fairs are coming soon! The fairs will include flu shots (Lakeside campus only), and vendor activities. Please stop by to learn more about your benefits for 2019. Biometric screenings will be performed by appointment only. Basic biometric screening includes: Health behavior questions, blood pressure, blood lipids (total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol), glucose, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, and health coaching. Expanded Biometric screening includes: everything in the basic screening plus LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. It is recommended that you not eat for 8 hours prior to your biometric screening.
