Effective August 1, 2024, the Department of Education enhanced and codified rights for pregnant students and employees under Title IX. What are the rights and resources available to support those who will become parents leading up to, during, and after a pregnancy or adoption at Loyola? What role should I (as a faculty or staff employee) play in ensuring these rights are honored and resources made available, while also respecting the privacy of a person? Learn the answers to these questions and much more as you engage with staff of the Office for Equity & Compliance and learn about the rights and resources available to pregnant and parenting students and employees at Loyola.
